France’s Last 16 Fixture
France came through their game against Poland in the last 16 with a near-perfect performance. England should have equalised when Kane stepped up to take another spot-kick but this time the Tottenham forward blazed his spot-kick over the bar and England were out.

France were given a tough game against Morocco but as soon as that first goal went in early on, you feared the worst for the North Africans. France controlled the game for the most part and were happy to sit in and protect their lead knowing that Morocco would eventually leave too much space at the back, and that is just what happened. Mbappe setup the second killer goal that broke Moroccan hearts but in truth, France were the deserved winner and it has setup an exciting final full of potential Golden Boot winners.

France made it through to the Final of the World Cup for the second time on the run but this time they won’t head into the match as the clear favourites as they go up against Argentina and Messi.
