It is the 25th edition of the yearly weeklong competition put in place to celebrate the nation’s Independence anniversary.

This year’s competition will begin with the children’s competition, the chairman of Ikoyi Golf Community Nigeria Association (IGCNA), Felix Majekodunmi, revealed on Monday.

Unveiling the tournament at the Golf Section of the club, Majekodunmi said the silver jubilee edition of the Nigeria Cup would be one to remember in terms of fun, fanfare and quality competition for all participants.
