Prediction: 1-1

HJK

Malmo and Helsinki face each other in the Nordic derby in the Champions League second qualifying round. Despite failing to impress in the double-header with Riga, Malmo eventually booked their place in round 2, but it is more than obvious that they have yet to find their best form in the new season. Ola Toivonen remains on the sidelines through injury, and, in his absence, a man to watch in the home team will be Antonio-Mirko Colak, who has been scoring goals for fun of late in all competitions.

HJK, on the other hand, eliminated Montenegro champions Buducnost in the first qualifying round. Helsinki face a difficult task in Wednesday’s clash, but seeing that Malmo were anything but impressive in the tie against Riga, share of spoils is on the cards at Eleda Stadion. Malmo defenders should have in-form attacker Roope Riski at bay.on.
