Osimhen in spotlight as his goals keep Napoli cruising – Score Nigeria
All the talk is about Victor Osimhen and how his goals are looking good to soon crown Napoli champions of Italy again.
5.Tolu Arokodare
The big striker followed up on a goal-scoring debut with Genk to provide an assist in a 2-2 draw at KV Mechelen. The former FC Cologne striker is first to admit that Paul Onuachu has left very big shoes to fill at this Belgian club, but you can be sure he will give everything to also become an established star at Genk.

4.Ukeme Williams
It’s not often that you get a player from the domestic league picked among the top stars, but this Rivers United midfielder played out of his skin and even scored a goal for the NPFL champions to bounce back into contention in the CAF Confederation Cup with a 3-0 spanking of the famous ASEC Mimosas from Cote d’Ivoire. This was a great reaction from the Port Harcourt outfit after they suffered a 3-0 loss in their opening Group B game at Congo’s Motema Pembe.
3.Alex Iwobi
Everton further eased their relegation fears with a hard-fought 1-0 home win over Leeds United with Iwobi providing the assist for the match winner. With 21 points from 23 matches, Everton are now a point outside the relegation zone and they will need the guile of the Super Eagles forward to ensure they stay clear of demotion this season.

2.Chuba Akpom
The former Arsenal striker is scoring goals and scooping awards as Middlesbrough continue to fight their way to automatic promotion place in the English Championship. Akpom netted a brace against QPR to take his tally this season to 19 goals in the league. ‘Boro are now just four points behind second-placed Sheffield United and with the form of Akpom, you will be foolish to bet against them gaining automatic promotion to the Premier League.
1.Victor Osimhen
The Napoli striker is today one of the most sought after strikers in Europe going by his incredible run of goals in Serie A this season. His audacious goal at Sassuolo took his senior career record to 100 goals. He is now just four goals behind George Weah’s all-time Serie A tally of 46 goals. He still has some years to run on his Napoli contract and knowing how notorious the owner of the Italian club is when negotiating the sale of his top stars, it promises to be an interesting time on the transfer market this coming season. Premier League giants Chelsea and Manchester United are interested in the Super Eagles star striker and so also mighty PSG. Watch out for the Osimhen transfer saga.
