Southampton want Moffi goals to fight Premier League relegation – Score Nigeria
Premier League basement club Southampton want to sign Terem Moffi so his goals could take them out of relegation trouble.
The Athletic has reported that Southampton have serious interest in the FC Lorient striker, who has so far scored 10 goals in Ligue 1 this season.
Transfer market puts Moffi’s value at 15 Million Euros after he moved to France three seasons ago for eight Million Euros from Belgian club KV Kortrijk.
Southampton will now have to pay far in excess of 15 Million Euros to sign Moffi, who has also since become of full Nigeria international.
‘The Saints’ will most certainly need goals and wins to be safe.
They have only managed three wins and scored a paltry 14 goals in 16 matches to be two points away from safety.
